Mixes I like to try & do a mix that people can download every month or so. My style varies from chilled to funky house, through to big chunky baselines of prog house. My love of music doesn’t stop at House though, and my mixes reflect this, with the odd bit of Trance & also DnB in there! Below you can find a brief description & links to download my latest mixes! Please be aware that most mixes can only be downloaded via an ed2k client, like eMule! The Sessions 2007 A selection of mixes, mainly just for FUN!!! Sessions 9-5-07 - Sever Download Sessions 9-5-07 – eMule Sessions 24-3-07 - eMule JA’s clubbers Guide to 2007 Seeing that MoS like to do one, and I wasn’t masivly impressed with what they had to offer, I thought I would do my very own clubbers guide! It’s a mix of what I think is going to be big in 2007, starting with commercial electro, then moving through the progressive & minimal stuff & finishing with some funky anthems! Tracklistings are also available! Clubbers Guide 2007 – Sever Download Clubbers Guide 2007 - eMule E is for Elektro A bit of a commercial start on this mix. Focusing mainly on electro house, with a few funky numbers in there! Twisting into some bangers at the end! – Enjoy! E is for Elektro – eMule Progressive Filth One for those lovers of dirty elektro house. I go pretty underground on this mix, so I hope it will be something new for you! The first tune (exclusive from Dave spoon) gives you a taste of what’s to come, before drifting through the more chilled & minimal side of elektro. Things then twist round into the heavier side, before boshing out the end with some breaks! Hav it!!! Progressive Filth - eMule -*-*-*-*-*-IBIZA 2006 series-*-*-*-*-*-*- A series of 3 mixes releases with Ibiza in mind! The first 2 record before the annual trip out to the white isle, & the third mixed once back in the UK, with a pile of white labels in hand! Memories The final installation in the Ibiza 2006 series! Recorded once firmly back in the UK with all the top tunes to hand! This mix takes you on a journey through funky chilled house to full on bosh anthems! Memories - eMule The Back Room Mix The second in the series, bringing you some big underground tunes. This mix focuses strongly on the Dirty Tech side of things! The Back Room Mix - eMule The West End Mix First in the Ibiza 2006 series. This focuses on the more commercial tunes released this summer. All tunes I was expecting to hear in the west end clubs! Got most of them right! The West End Mix - eMule -*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*- Opening Night Of Casbah A fantastic Funky Latino House night, the second Saturday of every month in Drift bar. Casbah Launch Party – Alternative Download Casbah Launch Party - eMule My Drunk BBQ set 31/5/06 I was some what hammered when I did this mix, but was inspired by a forthcoming BBQ to do it. It was supposed to be 70-80 mins long, but ended up at an epic 112 mins long! Ha Ha. Anyway, this should be the perfect mix to accompany any BBQ! Drunk Set - eMule Liquid Beats 5/5/06 Been loving liquid DnB recently, so have collected my favourites together in this half hour mix! Enjoy! Liquid Beats - eMule FILTH! 17/4/06 Here’s a filthy little one! Lots of big baselines & dirty beats! I’ve been trying to get the hang of using the CDJ’s & EFX unit together for scratching & sampling, but as you’ll hear in the mix, I haven’t quite mastered it yet – lol! Never the less, big tunes all the way! FILTH – eMule Link Robs 21^st Mix Feb 06 A mix that runs through Garage, House, Trance & DnB! The perfect way to get you in the mood for going out, with some all time classic tunes! Robs 21^st mix – eMule The Ultimate Funky House Mix Tape 16/1/06 Well, I decided to go for something a little different this time! Here is a mix of some of my favourite Funky House tunes, going from back in the day, through to present stuff! I decided to steer away from the commercial stuff & go for the lesser known tunes! Anyway, ENJOY! The Ultimate Funky House Mix Tape - eMule Retro Funk 6/1/06 My first mix of 2006! It’s a known fact that Java programming is bad for you, so I took time out from my courswork to record this mix! It takes you from Jazz to funky house thru to the more chunky boshy type stuff! Hope you enjoy! Retro Funk – eMule DnB – 22/12/05 OH YES! I’ve been wanting to do a DnB mix for ages, & here it is! It starts off reasonably chilled & then builds to frenzy deep & dark baselines! This mix is something totally different to my usual, as I rarely dabble in such dark tunes, but big thanks must go to rob for showing me the dark side! Muwahahaha! DnB Mix 05 – eMule Progressive Funk – 27/11/05 I’ve been gathering tunes for the last few weeks that are a little bit darker, progressive & darn rite filthier than the usual. So, if you want something a little different…. Progressive Funk – eMule From Current to Classic – 25/11/05 Unfortunately I am going to miss my radio show this week, so I made a mix that can be played while I’m gone. It was supposed to be 30 mins, but ended up being 40. N e way, enjoy my latest –slightly quirky- mix! Sorry, eMule only! From Current to Classic Ibiza Memories Not one of my best mixes I’m afraid, but its got all the HUGE tunes from this years trip to Ibiza in so, sit back, download & enjoy! Ibiza Memories Summer Sessions 2005 To keep me busy this summer, I set to making a selection of mixes. They ended up coming out almost every week at one stage. Summer Sessions 1 This mix is a selection of funky house mixed live back at the start of July. Apologies for the dodgy mixes in there! Due to bandwidth, this mix is only available to download via eMule. Summer Sessions 1 Summer Sessions 2 The mix takes you on a journey from light into dark, so don’t listen to it if your depressed! I’ve wanted to get some darker house into my sets & it just sorta happened in this one. I also had a play with some remixes in this mix! any way, Hope you enjoy it, as its a little different from the norm! Summer Sessions 2 Summer Sessions 3 Well, its been a few weeks in the pipeline, but I have finally got round to mixing it, & I must say, its a stormer! We start off where our last instalment of the summer sessions left us, with deep dark funky house. We then travel through my emotions into some more light & uplifting house.
